Due to higher living costs and lower donations income the Lochvaal Emfuleni Welfare started a full time production line as part of the covering of costs for producing handmade items and educational developing the residents.
Handmade Gifts: Since 2016
Different theme handmade gifts. For all occasions: seasonal rugby, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Easter, Christmas, and any privately arranged occasions.
Carpentry Items:
Different types of furniture and other wooden items are produced and sold.

Billboard Advertising: Started 2018
In 2018 the Marketing Office started with Billboard Advertising which gives a company / business the opportunity to advertise their business in an A3 size. This space costs R1’500-00 per year. These funds continuously assist its partner projects:
“Feed a Hungry
Child” – for the children at the crèche,
“Dare to Share” –
for the woman, elderly and men,
“Hands of Hope” –
for abused, battered, neglected mothers and children, single mothers with
babies and women
The financial burden is too big to be held alone, so new projects are welcome to ensure sustainable finance. The community and business sector are implored to please make a life changing difference in the destitute residents lives.
